Hello there! After a stint away due to broken tools and a busy week, I finally got back to top skin riveting. In this quick post I catch you up on where Tod and I got in this afternoons session.

With a lot of helpers and a few sessions, I’m making headway on the main skin riveting. Unfortunately a surprise issue this evening resulted in a bit of a delay. Read on for detail!

Tod and I started the main top skin in this session. Long way to go, but it’s great to get started on this next big step.

In a two shift marathon, Sam, Tod, and I got the right leading edge fully riveted, and attached to the main spar. Leassons learned from the left wing resulted in a much better job this time around. Read on for more detail.
